Cette double capacit\u00e9 est essentielle pour l'inspection en ligne dans les industries de haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Pour illustrer cette capacit\u00e9, nous avons utilis\u00e9 le logiciel Novacam SURFACEINSPECT<sup><small>TM <\/small><\/sup>Syst\u00e8me de m\u00e9trologie 3D pour scanner un d\u00e9tail sur un penny am\u00e9ricain.  Bas\u00e9 sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/technologie\/comment-fonctionne-le-lci\/\">interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie \u00e0 faible coh\u00e9rence<\/a>Le syst\u00e8me mesure avec une pr\u00e9cision de l'ordre du micron, mais son cycle de mesure typique n'est que de quelques secondes, ce qui permet souvent de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des applications difficiles en usine.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, la dur\u00e9e du cycle de mesure d\u00e9pend de deux param\u00e8tres : a) la taille de la zone mesur\u00e9e et b) la densit\u00e9 de mesures requise. Lincoln au dos du penny am\u00e9ricain<\/h2>\n<p>La pi\u00e8ce d'un cent am\u00e9ricain est un objet familier en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Le penny mesure environ 21 mm de large et 1,52 mm d'\u00e9paisseur.  Le dos de la pi\u00e8ce pr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9tail peu connu : un chiffre minuscule qu'il est int\u00e9ressant de mesurer.  La plupart des gens ne le remarquent jamais.<\/p>\n<p>Pour trouver la figure, observez attentivement le centre du monument de Lincoln illustr\u00e9 au verso de la pi\u00e8ce. Entre les deux colonnes centrales, vous verrez une minuscule figure assise de M. Abraham Lincoln, le 16e pr\u00e9sident des \u00c9tats-Unis. Un r\u00e9cent\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/digitalmetrology.com\/how-much-does-it-cost-to-compare-measurement-systems-the-answer-one-cent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">petite \u00e9tude comparative<\/a> a illustr\u00e9 cette difficult\u00e9 en comparant trois technologies de mesure optique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un scanner laser 3D,<\/li>\n<li>un syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9clairage structur\u00e9, et<\/li>\n<li>un interf\u00e9rom\u00e8tre \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re blanche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que sur les trois technologies compar\u00e9es dans l'\u00e9tude, seul le syst\u00e8me d'interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re blanche a fourni la pr\u00e9cision et l'exactitude qui ont permis une visualisation nette et sans artefact de la figure de Lincoln.<\/p>\n<p>Curieusement, la technologie de l'interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e lente.  La cause de cette lenteur \u00e9tait le piquage requis par le syst\u00e8me d'interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie utilis\u00e9 dans cette \u00e9tude.  En effet, ce syst\u00e8me particulier n\u00e9cessitait six (6) mesures de surface pour couvrir la petite surface de la pi\u00e8ce !<\/p>\n<p>Mais cette couture fastidieuse est-elle in\u00e9vitable ? Par exemple, les syst\u00e8mes de m\u00e9trologie 3D NOVACAM, qui utilisent la technologie de l'interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie, ne sont pas tous identiques.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/technologie\/comment-fonctionne-le-lci\/\">interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie \u00e0 faible coh\u00e9rence<\/a>, achieve axial precision of &lt;=1 \u00b5m, yet they measure much faster than the white-light interferometry system used in the study mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p>The speed advantage is due to system design. Since Novacam targets high-precision industrial applications, the company has pushed and progressively fine-tuned the performance of its systems to provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l'acquisition de surfaces point par point, jusqu'\u00e0 100 000 points 3D par seconde, et<\/li>\n<li>l'option de sondes de surface \u00e0 balayage rapide, telles que les galvoscanners \u00e0 balayage de trame, avec un champ de vision (FOV) allant jusqu'\u00e0 84\u00d784 mm (mod\u00e8les standard). Lincoln sur le penny am\u00e9ricain. Pour mesurer la face arri\u00e8re de la pi\u00e8ce, nous avons utilis\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/products\/surfaceinspect-pour-3d-metrologie-dimensions-rugosite-epaisseur-2\/\">Syst\u00e8me de m\u00e9trologie 3D SURFACEINSPECT<\/a> avec un champ de vision de 54 x 54 mm, une distance de travail (standoff) de 125 mm et une taille de spot de 6 \u00b5m (FHM).<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons scann\u00e9 la pi\u00e8ce deux fois : une fois \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 et une fois \u00e0 plus faible densit\u00e9.
