Ces syst\u00e8mes utilisent des sondes sans contact \u00e0 vis\u00e9e lat\u00e9rale pour mesurer des diam\u00e8tres int\u00e9rieurs de l'ordre de 1 mm. Les sondes balayent les surfaces d'identification de mani\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire, circulaire ou en spirale, point par point, \u00e0 une vitesse pouvant atteindre 100 000 mesures de points 3D par seconde. De cette mani\u00e8re, les syst\u00e8mes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/products\/boreinspect-pour-la-metrologie-des-alesages-en-3d\/\">BoreInspect<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/products\/tubeinspect-pour-la-metrologie-de-lidentification-et-de-lodeur-des-tubes-en-3d\/\">TubeInspect<\/a>) measure inside-diameter dimensions (GD&amp;T parameters), roughness, chatter, or defects.<\/p>\n<h2>Il existe cependant des cas plus difficiles<\/h2>\n<p>Le blog d'aujourd'hui pr\u00e9sente une solution pour les cas o\u00f9 le faisceau de Novacam <strong>standard<\/strong> les sondes \u00e0 vis\u00e9e lat\u00e9rale ne peuvent pas tout \u00e0 fait atteindre la surface d'int\u00e9r\u00eat. Si la paroi de contre-d\u00e9pouille est tr\u00e8s abrupte, le faisceau lumineux peut atteindre la surface, mais la lumi\u00e8re renvoy\u00e9e peut \u00eatre insuffisante pour certaines applications de mesure exigeantes (par exemple, les mesures de rugosit\u00e9 ou de bavure).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rainures du joint torique (c)<\/strong>Les joints toriques, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s presse-\u00e9toupes, ont des parois verticales ou abruptes dont la rugosit\u00e9 a un impact sur la dur\u00e9e de vie et les performances d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du joint torique. En outre, le rayon de courbure de l'angle int\u00e9rieur doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9 pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du joint torique.
