Les trous de refroidissement pr\u00e9sentent une ar\u00eate vive et soudaine sur la surface scann\u00e9e et posent des probl\u00e8mes pour de nombreuses technologies de mesure 3D.<\/p>\n<p>Les fentes d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sont \u00e9galement des caract\u00e9ristiques difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter.  Elles sont usin\u00e9es sur les pales de la turbine qui sont fabriqu\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment du rotor. Lorsque les pales sont assembl\u00e9es au rotor, les fentes d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sont remplies de plaques m\u00e9talliques. Un blisk peut \u00eatre usin\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'une pi\u00e8ce de mat\u00e9riau solide ou fabriqu\u00e9 en soudant des aubes individuelles au disque du rotor. Contrairement aux aubes ordinaires qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tach\u00e9es du disque du rotor, les aubes du blisk, \u00e9troitement espac\u00e9es, ne peuvent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9tach\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de conditionnement ou de mesure.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi, les sondes rotatives sans contact de NOVACAM<sup><small>TM<\/small><\/sup> BOREINSPECT<sup><small>TM<\/small><\/sup> La sonde rotative du scanner du syst\u00e8me BOREINSPECT permet d'atteindre facilement les lames d'un blisk afin d'acqu\u00e9rir des mesures topographiques de haute pr\u00e9cision de leurs surfaces internes.
