Novacam&#8217;s 3D metrology systems, which are based on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/technologie\/comment-fonctionne-le-lci\/\">low-coherence inteferometry<\/a>,\u00a0 can measure the depth to which material has been removed. Since the light sources used for both techniques are in the same range, customized devices have been constructed using a common light path configuration.<\/p>\n<p>Note that Novacam does not provide LIBS devices; rather, we provide assistance with integrating our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/products\/\">Syst\u00e8mes de m\u00e9trologie 3D<\/a> with customers\u2019 own LIBS
