La position, la largeur et la profondeur des rainures (canaux) affectent de mani\u00e8re critique les performances du processus CMP.<\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de m\u00e9trologie 3D de NOVACAM sont utilis\u00e9s pour mesurer la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des rainures des tampons CMP pendant leur fabrication, o\u00f9 le processus de mesure est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 directement dans la station d'usinage des tampons CMP.
