La plupart des mat\u00e9riaux sont plus ou moins transparents. L'\u00e9paisseur des films compl\u00e8tement non transparents peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9e en combinant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novacam.com\/fr\/applications\/opaque\/\">interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie \u00e0 faible coh\u00e9rence avec la technologie LIBS<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>taillets d'\u00e9chantillon :<\/strong> des objets de plusieurs microns de large.
